Not even 10 minutes after hanging up the phone a tech was knocking at my door to give me 5 gallons of oil and prime my tank free of charge to hold me over until they had a truck available later in the day. The techs could not come to my house to check the furnace, we have covid in the house. But the owner Barry and one of his techs stayed on the phone with my husband and I to talk us through getting our furnace running, and wouldn’t give up until it was all set. Even dropped off a special little hose to get water to the furnace. This is customer service at it’s finest. Thank you again Barry and your team for helping us in a last minute situation. I told him I would also try and find someone to help him. I called Whitney’s and spoke with Tom, and he explained they only service those who use them for an oil company. I explained the elderly gentleman’s situation and he agreed to get someone out there. If I could give this company more than 5 stars I would! When our oil tank sprung small leak, I called Whitney and they sent a service tech. to my house – took maybe 20 minutes for him to get here and it was way after normal business hours. The tech. was great; put in a temp. patch, and told me my options. No hard sell on a new tank. Oh and, I recommend Tank Guard! I don’t have it – wish I did. Very happy customer!”

Well at 8:27 am they called me from the building they were already there. What a relief they did a great job and by 11:00 or so the heat was working great.
